JOB DESCRIPTION:
Machine Erection & Commissioning
Supervise machine erection, alignment, leveling, and installation
Coordinate with machine suppliers (Indian & imported machines)
Handle commissioning, trial runs, and production handover
Prepare erection schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
Troubleshoot mechanical issues during startup and operation
Utility Equipment Management
Operation & maintenance of utility systems such as:
Boilers / Thermic Fluid Heaters
Air compressors
Chillers / Cooling towers
Blowers & exhaust systems
HVAC & ventilation systems
Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and efficiency
Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance of utilities
Maintenance & Safety
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
Coordinate with electrical & production teams
Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
