Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering principles, with a focus on developing and improving mechanical systems. This role requires proficiency in various engineering software and tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems using CAD software, particularly Creo. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical systems, including logic controllers. Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate design performance under various conditions. Draft detailed engineering documentation and specifications for manufacturing processes. Engage in quantum engineering projects that require advanced mechanical knowledge. Prototype designs using Arduino for testing and validation of concepts. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo, is essential. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices. Experience with logic controllers and their integration into mechanical systems is preferred. Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and methodologies. Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools is an advantage. Experience or coursework related to quantum engineering is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
