Job Description

We are looking for a

self-motivated engineering enthusiast

with Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent to join our R&D wing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate in design discussions, idea exploration, and concept development. Create and modify 3D CAD models and generate manufacturing drawings. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for prototype development and production follow-up. Perform hands-on work such as part finishing, fitting, drilling, and minor fabrication during prototype builds. Verify and confirm the accuracy, fit, and function of prototyped parts. Assist in procurement of R&D components and materials, and maintain proper records. Prepare technical documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Fusion 360. Strong understanding of mechanical design fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and tolerance considerations. Basic hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and prototype testing. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Self-driven and proactive attitude -- capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
