Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our operations team at our pre-processing facility in Dharsiwa. The candidate will be responsible for handling and maintaining machines such as trommels, shredders, and separators to ensure smooth and efficient processing of waste.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical equipment and machines at the facility.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Assist in process optimization and equipment efficiency.

Coordinate with the operations team for daily production targets.

Maintain records of machine performance and maintenance.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred: fresher to 2 years experience).

Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Willingness to work on-site at the facility.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹30,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
