We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to manage and oversee production and assembly operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management capability, and hands-on experience in handling day-to-day production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production and assembly operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and manage production teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure adherence to mechanical processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the shop floor team to resolve operational issues.
Review production reports, track timelines, and ensure delivery commitments.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
10-20 years of experience in production and assembly operations.
Strong knowledge of mechanical processes and industrial quality standards.
Proven experience in team handling and shop floor management.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
