We are looking for a

Mechanical Engineer - Production

to manage and improve production operations, ensure efficient manufacturing processes, and maintain quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and coordination of production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor

daily production activities

as per project requirements Prepare and follow

production schedules

to meet delivery timelines Coordinate with

design, purchase, QC, and stores departments

Ensure proper

machine utilization, manpower planning, and workflow

Supervise

fabrication, machining, assembly, and finishing processes

Ensure production output meets

quality standards and specifications

Reduce

material wastage and production downtime

Maintain

production reports, MIS, and documentation

Implement

process improvements and cost control measures

Ensure compliance with

safety standards and factory norms

Support

new product development and trial production

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / BE / BTech in

Mechanical Engineering

Strong knowledge of

manufacturing & production processes

Experience in

sheet metal, wood, metal fabrication, CNC, or modular production

(preferred) Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings

Knowledge of

production planning and inventory coordination

Basic knowledge of

quality systems and ISO standards

Proficiency in

MS Excel, AutoCAD

(added advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in

factory / workshop / production unit

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

18K-20K

Duty time :

9 am to 7 Pm (Mon - Saturday )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
