Key Responsibilities 1.Helps to prepare project plan and coordinates project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements. 2.Coordinates project schedule and task details and helps to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling. 3.Helps to align the progress of resources internal to the business unit to meet project on-time and budget performance objectives. 4Tracks projects cost schedule for internal and external customers. 5.Interface with external suppliers and monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics. 6.Interfaces with internal customers and reports on progress against project objectives. Required: Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering with all above criteria\xe2\x80\x99s Desirable: Design and Development of SPMs, Line Automation, Test Equipment, Medical Equipments, etc.. Experience: 10-12 Years of relevant experience. Critical Job requirements to meet:

• A Great team player with strong collaborating nature and good influencer to work across various stakeholders (Project Engineers, Project Managers, Business unit Mfg. Engineers/Managers)
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, process, analytical and Presentation skills
• Ensure Project Execution against timelines, budget, scope and quality accepted by key stakeholders
• Engage with Technical team to accelerate the speed of execution throughout the project.
• Assisting project Engineers on help need and on risk mitigations. Reporting out to the management and right stakeholders on the risk/challenges/mitigation plan/help needed.
• Managing project deliveries in a timely manner involving seamless onsite/ offshore coordination & transparent communication with all stakeholders at all phases
• Projects resource planning working with resource Manager.
• Provide weekly update with tracking on all projects, and daily tracking/updates on critical projects. Proficient in making project plans with right Project management tools.
• Tracking on project cost estimates and timelines. Driving on time to commit and cycle time reduction. Maintains matrix for process improvements
• Hands on experience coordinating with Sourcing, Logistic team on material follow-ups and delivery
• Coordinate and follow up with Vendors in expediating the delivery on need basis
• Provide weekly update with tracking on all projects, and daily tracking/updates on critical projects (MPP)
• Tracking on project cost estimates and project timelines & cycle time. Driving on time to commit and cycle time reduction. Maintains matrix for process improvements
• Preparing presentation on projects updates.
• Should be flexible in accommodating different region timing (USA, SGP, Bangalore) for meetings and follow-ups, flexible in working on shift timings on need basis ( 2 to 11).
