Responsible for preparation of Flow and Instrumentation Diagram using AutoCAD
Collaborating with external suppliers and checking the vendor documents like Datasheet, drawing, certification etc..
Good knowledge of relevant international codes and standards Like ATEX, CSA, API, IEC etc..
Documentation and drive implementation in PLM. Release and maintain reference documents.
Expertise in Gas Turbine Auxiliary Fluid systems like Fuel system (Liquid & gas), Lube Oil system, Water wash system, Sprint System, Water Injection system
Solid Knowledge of Fluid mechanics, heat transfer, Thermodynamics. Working knowledge of pressure drop, heat transfer calculations
Expertise in PLM, AUTOCAD, NX
Good Knowledge of Creating equipment data specification, technical specification & Operation Maintenance Manual.
Resolving system level design issues in Gas turbine Auxiliary systems, like Fuel, Lube oil, Air filter etc.
Performing Hazardous Area Classification for Gas Turbine Package.
Work Experience Tools: PLM, AUTOCAD, NX Codes & Standards: International codes and standards Like ATEX, CSA, API, IEC etc..
