- Looking for General/Shift Engineers - Open for Surat, Ankleshwar, Nandesari, Sarigaam Locations

Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems Install burners and auxiliary equipment, using hand tools Responsible for the operating status of plant by observing control system parameters, distributed control systems or other indicators Conduct regular field inspections of plant, stations, or subsystems and equipment to ensure normal and safe operating conditions Supervise all aspects of the mechnical operations during assigned shift and effectively provide direction to lower level plant operators Ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and repair the problem Ensure optimal and continuous operation of mechanical systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations Monitor boiler water, chemical, and fuel levels Activate valves to change the amount of water, air, and fuel in boilers Fire coal furnaces or feed boilers, using gas feeds or oil pumps Inspect equipment to ensure that it is operating efficiently Check safety devices routinely Record data and keep logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activity Adjust controls and/or valves on equipment to provide power, and to regulate and set operations of system or industrial processes Fire coal furnaces by hand or with stokers and gas- or oil-fed boilers, using automatic gas feeds or oil pumps Receive instructions from steam engineers regarding steam plant and air compressor operations Provide assistance to plumbers in repairing or replacing water, sewer, or waste lines, and in daily maintenance activities Controlling Machines and Processes , Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes Maintains and updates required records for all operations Generation of daily report of Sachin Eco Energy, Ankleswar Eco Energy and Vapi Eco-Energy Maintain record of all the consumptions and Production data of Sachin Eco Energy, Ankleshwar Eco Energy and Vapi Eco- Energy To keep update of inventory records of the all the plants. SCADA monitoring and data analysis Assisting Mital for generating steam sale bills of all the clients along with finance department Calculation of boiler efficiency of Sachin Plant Analysis of Boiler/ TG parameters of all the plants and record keeping of boiler Graphics To keep record of boiler renewal and GPCB permission documents To keep record of available pressure part IBR certificates
