We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Mechanical Engineer

to join our team at

RIOD

. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in

product modeling, enclosure design, and sheet metal work

, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of product models from concept to prototype, integrating mechanical and electronic components. Create and modify 3D models, enclosures, and mechanical parts using

Fusion 360, SolidWorks

, and

AutoCAD

. Support the development of

molds

,

sheet metal designs

, and

plastic components

under senior engineer guidance. Coordinate with vendors for

prototyping and fabrication

activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet

functional and aesthetic

requirements. Prepare and maintain

technical drawings, BOMs

, and documentation for manufacturing. Ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Participate in reviews and contribute ideas for

design improvements

and

cost optimization

.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma

in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

1 years of relevant experience

in product design or mechanical development. Basic to intermediate proficiency in

Fusion 360, SolidWorks

, and

AutoCAD

. Understanding of

sheet metal fabrication

and

plastic modeling

. Familiarity with

prototyping

,

coating

, and

fabrication processes

is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Good communication, teamwork, and time management abilities. Enthusiasm to learn and grow under mentorship.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
