The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: * Execute engineering projects

• Generate mechanical product specifications.
• Participate in design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling.
• Assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
• Assist in establishing standards across all operational processes.
• Participate in review engineering and help with the documentation.

Our Ideal Candidate
Experience of designs in:

• Skills: GD&T, CAD (NX preferred), Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• Manufacturing Methods: DfX (Manufacturing, assembly, safety, ergonomics), Material Selection
• Domain: Vacuum and gas flow systems, Physical Vapor Deposition,
• Prototyping: design validation through testing, understanding of reliability testing, technical Documentation
• Applied PDP framework

Functional Knowledge

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

Business Expertise

• Has knowledge of best practices and works with the team to integrate the design elements; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate their solutions in the market

Leadership

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Problem Solving

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
