MEP CAD Technician

with at least 2 years experience to work in the M & E section of a UK based Construction Company.

We need someone with experience of completing the design of MEP drawings and who can speak Fluent English.

5 days a week (Desk Based Job)
Timings : 12.30 pm to 9.00 pm
Kanakia Wallstreet, Chakala, Andheri East.

Main Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare, produce, develop and amend drawings in accordance with appropriate standards and procedures and in line with the agreed timescales and deadlines.

Design layouts, block diagrams, schematics, assembly and part drawings and associated cable schedules, BOM's and cut lists.

Revise drawings and red-line markups appropriately.

Be pro-active in streamlining and automating drawing and engineering processes and propose improvement ideas.

Attend design meetings

Minimum Requirements:

You will have relevant knowledge of AutoCAD and associated presentation packages with experience in 2D and 3D modelling. Revit knowledge beneficial but not essential.

Architectural experience or construction experience relevant to Mechanical, electrical or plumbing would be preferred.

You will have practiced skills to successfully control and handle workload and the implementation of company and project CAD standards and drawing document procedures.

You will work on own initiative as a CAD Technician, in conjunction with the other members of the light analyses department.

Maintain effective working relationships with key people both internally with other departments and externally with clients and other professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

AutoCAD or design focused diploma or degree qualification.

Minimum of 2 years experience using 2D and 3D AutoCAD and Revit 3D modelling.

Conversant with Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Adobe, and Power-point.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
