: ITI Mandatory

Making General Arrangement Drawing in 2D as per Customers requirement, showing plan, elevation & Side view along with foundation details. Preparing Detail Drawings in 2D of various Conveyor / fabrication parts to release to shopfloor. The Details drawings show plan, elevation & side views with dimensions. Calculating Weights of Iron & Steel items to insert in the detail drawings and prepare Bill of Materials. Preparing machining drawings showing tolerances for Shafts and other parts. Preparing Layouts as per Enquiry requirements. Visiting Site to take Dimensions for preparing enquiry layout / GA Drawing Ability to read and understand Catalogues of Motor, Gearbox, Bearings & Plummer Block. etc for insertion in the GA & Detail drawings.
Requirements :

Should be knowledge of drafting technique in Auto Cad and have a minimum 3 year experience Well versed with Fabrication items like MS Beam , Channel , Plate etc. Should be aware of electrical components like gearboxes and motors . Experience with conveyor systems would be an added advantage .

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
