Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman

Location: Thane

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed drawings and support engineering and production activities in a manufacturing setup.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD (part drawings, assembly drawings, GA drawings)

Create and modify drawings as per design and client requirements

Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) as per drawings

Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams

Revise drawings based on feedback and site/production requirements

Maintain drawing records and documentation

Ensure drawings follow company and industry standards

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Draftsman

1 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman

Good knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing / fabrication / machine components

Knowledge of GD&T (added advantage)

Attention to detail and accuracy
