Job Role:

Mechanical Draftsman

Job Summary:

A draftsman, creates technical drawings and plans for various projects, based on the designs of designer and engineers. They transform design concepts into detailed, accurate technical documents, using CAD software and sometimes manual sketching. Draftsmen ensure that designs are accurately represented in the drawings, including dimensions, materials, and other specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating Technical Drawings:

Draftsmen has to produce detailed drawings and plans for mechanical components, electrical systems, infrastructure etc.
CAD Software proficiency:

Utilize specialized software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks and modify designs.
Interpreting Designs:

Draftsmen need to understand and interpret the design concepts and specifications provided by designer and engineers.
Ensuring Accuracy:

Ensure the drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
Revising Drawings:

Draftsmen revise and update drawings as needed to reflect changes or modifications requested by the design team.
Coordinating with Teams:

Collaborate with designer, engineers, and other team members to ensure the drawings meet project needs.
Preparing Documentation:

Preparing documentation like parts lists, material specifications, and assembly instructions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
