Roles

Preparation of 2D / detailed drawings. Technical Support to sales & service. Documentation such as product manual and specifications. Fuel Handling systems, ash handling system, conveying systems, screw conveyors, Experience in Boiler industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

System Layout Preparation using AutoCAD. System layouts for proposal. Detailed engineering for fabricated and machined components, 2D Drafting Applying GD& T and machining symbols and other relvant informaion in manufacturing drawing. Ensuring design release as per given project schedule and within estimated man-days Release of procurement BOM, long lead items, mfg. Facilities / tooling. Post design release support to prodcution/vendor/PPC and assembly for production problems & design changes if required. Preparing specifications for bought out components and equipment

Authorities

Release of Final Design detail engineering drawings, BoM and documentation.

Key Results Areas (KRA's)

KRA 1: 2D designing and detailed engineering. KRA 2: Technical Support to sales & service. KRA 3: Documentation such as product manual and specifications

Requisite QualificationEssential

ITI Draughtsman / Diploma (Mechanical/CAD)/ BE

Preferred

ITI Mechanical Draughtsman

Requisite Experience

Preferred

Experience in Machine equipment design engineering , 3D and 2D detailing, local factory automation (conveyors/cranes/MHE equipements) Experience in CAD 2D Detailing of Mechanical Industry / MHE industry Experience in Design detailing / MH Equipment Design

AutoCAD, Inventor 3D and 2D modeling or equivalent CAD tool Interpersonal Skills- team player, cohesive working with CFT Result Orientation Self-motivated Good Oral and Written Communication Positive attitude- Open for suggestions and improvement
