Key Skills -

Experience in Material Handling System / Screw / Belt Conveyor will be an added advantage

Design and drafting:

Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and components using CAD software. Create 2D and 3D models of assemblies, parts, and systems. Generate technical drawings including sections, details, and assembly drawings. Incorporate design changes and updates based on feedback from engineers. Prepare Layout, GA & Foundation drawings

Technical interpretation:

Analyze engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations to translate them into accurate drawings. Understand and apply engineering principles and standards to design components. Calculate dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements for components.

Collaboration:

Work closely with mechanical engineers to discuss design concepts, resolve technical issues, and ensure project goals are met. Coordinate with other disciplines like electrical and structural engineers to maintain design consistency. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams by clarifying drawing details.

Documentation and quality control:

Maintain accurate and organized drawing files, including annotations, revisions, and material lists. Check drawings for accuracy, compliance with standards, and consistency with project specifications. Generate bills of materials (BOM) based on design drawings.

Software proficiency:

Expertise in CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or other industry-standard programs. Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering techniques.
