We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical Draftsman

specializing in

Fire Protection and Piping

systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting detailed drawings for fire suppression systems

and piping layouts, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality

.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed fire protection and piping system drawings (

plans, elevations, sections

).

Draft

fire sprinkler, hydrant, and piping layouts

in

AutoCAD

.

Coordinate designs with other disciplines (

structural, MEP

) to ensure seamless integration.

Mechanical System P&IDs (

Compressed Air, gas, Water, HVAC, Fire

) to be create in AutoCAD

Mechanical System GA layouts (

Utility room Layout, Pump Room

) to be prepare in

AutoCAD & Revit

Use

BIM 360

for data sharing, model collaboration, and project coordination

Ensure designs comply with industry codes and project specifications.

Coordinate models with

structural, MEP

, and other disciplines to ensure seamless project deliver
