Job Summary
We are hiring
Mechanical Draftsman & Designers
with strong
SolidWorks expertise
to work on
weighbridge and concrete batching plant designs
. The role involves both
drafting and design responsibilities
, from preparing fabrication drawings to developing 3D models and assemblies. This position is suitable for candidates with experience ranging from drafting-focused to design-focused roles.
Key Responsibilities
Create
3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings
using
SolidWorks
.
Prepare
2D fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and BOMs
.
Modify and update drawings based on production, site, and client requirements.
Support design development and design improvements.
Coordinate with fabrication, production, and service teams.
Ensure drawings are
manufacturing-ready, accurate, and cost-effective
.
Maintain drawing documentation and revision control.
Required Qualifications & Experience
ITI / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
4-10+ years of experience
in drafting and/or mechanical design
SolidWorks proficiency is mandatory
(Part, Assembly, Drawing)
Experience in
weighbridges, concrete batching plants, heavy fabrication, or industrial equipment
preferred
Skills Required
SolidWorks (mandatory)
Fabrication drawing interpretation
GA drawings & BOM preparation
Understanding of welding, materials, and fabrication processes
Good coordination and communication skills

CTC:
?5,00,000 - ?10,00,000 per annum
(Based on experience & skills)
