Job Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day shop-floor production activities Operate machines and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support senior engineers in machine setup, trials, and inspections Perform basic quality checks using measuring instruments Maintain production records and shift reports Follow safety rules and 5S practices on the shop floor Identify and report machine or process issues to seniors Support maintenance and continuous improvement activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes Ability to read basic engineering drawings Familiarity with vernier caliper, micrometer, and other measuring tools Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills
