Candidate Requirements - Mechanical Designer (Car Parking System)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in designing mechanical systems, preferably Car Parking Systems.
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks for 2D & 3D mechanical design. Understanding of fabrication drawings, BOM preparation, and tolerance. Experience in designing structural members, shafts, pulleys, wire ropes, chains, gear mechanisms, etc. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, sheet metal design. Ability to perform basic load calculations and structural checks.
Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

Experience in mechanical parking systems. Understanding of Indian mechanical design standards.
Soft Skills:

Good communication and team collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset with ability to deliver optimized design solutions. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop components/modules for car parking systems. Preparation of proposal drawings. Prepare part drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM. Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams. Optimize design for cost, manufacturability, and safety.
