Job Description

Lead and manage the mechanical design team throughout the product development lifecycle. Allocate resources and manage workload distribution to meet project deadlines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design engineers. Oversee 3D modeling, 2D drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and BOM creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Review and approve engineering documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards. Conduct design reviews and drive continuous improvement of design processes. Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Interface with suppliers, clients, and external partners as needed. Track project progress and report to senior leadership on milestones, risks, and costs.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
