Job Description

4+years of experience in mechanical design, with a proven track record in product development. Proven ability to work e ectively in cross-functional teams Practical experience with injection moulding, metal casting, machining and sheet metal product development and manufacturing Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks 2024 Professional or latest Version. Expert ability in the creation of production drawings (2D) including a detailed knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) including practical tolerancing and stack-up Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques and the ability to complete DFM analysis based on CAD or samples Knowledge of industry standards, codes, regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM). Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of 3d Printing technology to develop rapid prototyping. Engage with the PCB team to assess mechanical interference compatibility, optimize design improvements, and oversee related processes.
