Diploma in Mechanical / B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial, Mechatronics

Role & responsibilities

Design of Automation Machines

Designed and developed of line automation

Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Robotic Cell, Industrial Conveyors, Material Handling Equipment, Jigs and Fixture

. Develop innovative mechanical designs for special purpose machines based on client specifications and project requirements

Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) to create detailed 3D models and generate detailed manufacturing 2D drawings

Maintain documentation for design iterations and changes Work closely with cross-functional teams, including

PLC engineers, manufacturing and Testing teams, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems

into overall machine design Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of

experience in Mechanical Design

Automation Engineer

with a focus on

Jigs and Fixture, Special Purpose Machines, Industrial Automation

Sound knowledge of

GD&T, Tolerance Stackup

Proficiency in

CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, NX.)

Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and machine components Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
