Sheetmetal Design Engineer

Proficiency in Software:

SolidWorks & AutoCAD

Key Skills:

1) Sheetmetal Design

2) Weldment Design

3) Assembly Design

4) Drafting & Documentation

Required Experience: 3

to 4 years of relevant experience with Sheetmetal Design & Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

1) Expertise in Sheet metal domain and its manufacturing processes, Product Modeling, Wiring diagrams, Floor layouts

2) Experience in Reverse engineering and Re-engineering

3) Good knowledge of design verification and design validation

4) Collaborate with clients to ensure Design requirements are met

5) Conduct Design reviews with the manufacturing team about feasibility and improvements

6) Creating Sheetmetal Documentation, Bending Drawings, Welding Drawings, Assembly Drawings, specifications, Bills of materials, etc.

7) Handle multiple projects simultaneously, set timelines and schedule, and ensure on-time completion of design tasks.
