Should have Experience in Sheet Metal / CNC Processing Industry

Design & Development:

Create 3D solid and surface models for sheet metal and plastic parts, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

Manufacturing Focus:

Generate manufacturing-ready drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) documents.

Process Optimization:

Apply knowledge of sheet metal processes (bending, forming, welding) and plastic processes (injection molding) to optimize designs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with manufacturing, quality, tooling, procurement, and other engineering teams to achieve project goals.

Documentation:

Oversee the creation of comprehensive engineering documentation and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.

Analysis:

Conduct tolerance and stress analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of designs.

Reverse Engineering:

Engage in reverse engineering to improve or redesign existing products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
