Position:

Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

1-2 Years (Experience in machinery / industrial equipment design preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using

SolidWorks

and

AutoCAD

. Design and modify components, assemblies, and layouts for crusher and material handling equipment. Conduct tolerance analysis, BOM preparation, and detailed part documentation. Work with the production and assembly teams to implement design solutions. Assist in prototype development and resolve design-related issues. Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.

Skills Required

Proficiency in

SolidWorks

and

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of machine design, GD&T, and material selection. Understanding of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, and assembly. Analytical skills with problem-solving ability. Good communication and teamwork skills.
