Sheet Metal

Plastic Component Design

Experience in

SPM (Special Purpose Machine) Development

Strong understanding of

Manufacturing Processes

Mold Design & Development

Key Responsibilities Design & Development

Conceptualize and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems

Prepare detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software

Support prototype development and testing activities

Documentation

Prepare and maintain technical documentation including:

o Inspection Reports

o Design Validation

o Test Reports

Ensure adherence to internal design standards and quality protocols

Manufacturing & Tooling Support

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize for production

Provide support for tooling, fixture, and mold development

Mold & Tool Design

Design and validate injection molds and tooling for plastic and sheet metal components

Coordinate with vendors for mold development, trials, and modifications

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in

CAD tools

such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar

Knowledge of
