Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled R&D Engineer with a mechanical design background to lead product development from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical systems, CAD tools, and end-to-end product Lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive complete product development: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production.
Prepare 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Conduct mechanical analysis and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
4+ years in R&D or mechanical product development.
Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and testing.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
