Roles and Responsibilities:
Mechanism Concept Design & Systems process design (SPM/ Conveyors/ Material Handling Equipments /Jig & Fixtures)
Calculations /selection of Geared Motors, Pneumatics Cylinder, Bearing, Sensors & etc.
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T)
Material Selections & Structural Calculation
Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment
GA Layout & 3D Modelling
Familiar with Any 3D & 2D Software (Solid work, Solid Edge & AutoCAD)
Pneumatic Circuit Design
Sequence of Operation with PLC I/O Listing
Behavioural Skills:
Innovative, Smart & Dynamic
Team Management & Design Planning
Critical Thinking & Problem finding
Team Collaboration - Coordinates well with purchase, admin, and project teams.
Problem-Solving - Identifies discrepancies and resolves them proactively.
