Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 6 months to 2 years of experienced to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical systems and components, creating detailed drawings, conducting analysis, and supporting manufacturing and prototyping processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, etc.).

Prepare and review detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and prototyping.

Perform tolerance analysis, FEA, and other engineering calculations to ensure structural integrity and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality, procurement) to support product development.

Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and risk assessments.

Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and technical documentation.

Evaluate and select appropriate materials, processes, and suppliers.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of prototypes and final products.

Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.

Continuously improve design processes and product quality.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's is a plus).

years of experience in mechanical design and product development.

B.E , Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor).

Strong understanding of GD&T, materials, manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, sheet metal, etc.).

Familiarity with FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus) and simulation techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).

Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles.

Experience in [industry-specific area: automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer electronics, etc.].

Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools (3D printing, etc.).

Certifications (e.g., PE, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.Work Environment:
