Qualification:

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in design and drafting of Bulk material handling equipment's

Scope and Responsibilities

Required Male Candidate Only Study/Review the design standards and Read, interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications. Review the Technical specification / Design Data Sheet & Prepare general arrangement (GA) drawings for equipment's. Develop bill of materials (BOM) for procurement and fabrication activities. Create detailed fabrication part drawings, machining drawing & Assembly drawings. Revise and update drawings as per manufacturing feasibility and client comments. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project managers, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness Coordinate with client teams or vendors for design related queries/issues. Ensure designs conform to industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Verifying all designs and make sure if all requirements are fulfilled in accordance with design/client requirements. Plan and execute the project wise detailing activity individually or as a team.

Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD-2D design software. Strong ability to prepare GA drawings, detailed fabrication drawings, and part drawings. Able to prepare detailed material take-offs from drawings, plans, and project specifications. Good command over drawing presentations, critical dimensioning, view presentations, and part list preparation. Sound working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, and basic machining. Hands-on experience in developing advanced assemblies and layouts as per GD&T standards, with proper surface finishes, welding details, and engineering notes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach. Quick Learner and Efficient, Team Player, Organized, dependable and detail oriented. Good in Computer basic skill, Email communication, Microsoft world, excel & powerpoint. Technically sound, good Communication Skill (Written & Verbal) & Result Oriented.
