Designation- Mechanical Design Engineer

Exp - 1 to 5 Year.

Location - Khed Shivapur, Pune

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ Be Mechanical

Salary: Depend on Experience and Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for SPM and conveyor projects. Create 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using

Autodesk Inventor

. Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and ensure accuracy. Work closely with production, procurement, and quality teams for design feasibility. Conduct calculations for load, stress, and material selection as per standards. Perform design modifications and improvements based on feedback from customers or shop floor. Support installation and commissioning activities when required. Maintain documentation of designs and revisions as per company norms.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

Autodesk Inventor

(mandatory). Strong understanding of SPM, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, machining, and assembly processes. Ability to prepare and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T. Basic knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills.
