Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer proficient in Solid Edge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM) or grinding machines and should be passionate about innovation and precision engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using Solid Edge.

Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and grinding machines as per client requirements.

Perform modeling, detailing, and drafting of components and assemblies.

Conduct feasibility studies and propose design improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation for projects.

Review designs for manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in mechanical design with a focus on SPM or grinding machines.

Proficiency in Solid Edge CAD software.

Strong knowledge of GD&T, assembly, and detailed drawings.
