Job Description

Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC equipment (Chiller, PAC) and components using Solid edge software.

Create 2D manufacturing and fabrication drawings from 3D models. Ensure designs meet product specifications, performance requirements, and OEM standards. Implement design revisions and version control throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for all components and assemblies. Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material planning and manufacturing. Optimize design for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and assembly efficiency. Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues. Participate in design reviews, product improvement initiatives, and cost-reduction projects. Maintain accurate documentation, drawing records, and engineering change notes (ECNs).
