We at Spintly India Private Limited are looking for a Mechanical design and Development

Engineer to join our team at our Goa Location.

:

Perform a full lifecycle product development - design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement. Design or model components that meet Product requirements Good knowledge of Vacuum casting, Injection moulding, soft moulding and other related processes. Produce outline designs and renders and concepts. Evaluate final product's overall performance, reliability and fitment. Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions. Improving existing products as per quality standards. Prepare product defect reports and communicate with vendors on improvements. Vendor Identification and communication regarding various mechanical tools and accessories Engage in lifelong learning and develop new theories or methods Good knowledge /awareness regarding product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), DFM (Design for Manufacturing) Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., Solid works, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, other)
Job Requirements:

Experience: 0-2 years. (Freshers Welcome) Creativity and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner Curiosity to learn and positive attitude
