Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of high?quality components for low?volume, high?mix manufacturing. The role involves end?to?end design, validation, and collaboration with production teams to ensure cost?effective, manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design plastics, sheet?metal, machined, and solid?metal parts using SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent 3D CAD tools.
- Apply DFM/DFA principles, tolerance analysis, and material selection to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Develop tooling, jigs, and fixtures; coordinate with tooling vendors and production floor.
- Perform mechanical simulations (FEA, stress, motion, thermal) where required.
- Manage CAD data and engineering documentation within PLM or similar systems (preferred).
- Mentor junior designers and ensure best?practice standards across the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8?12?years of relevant experience, preferably in low?volume, high?mix manufacturing environments.
- Strong grasp of mechanical engineering fundamentals and hands?on design execution.

Preferred Skills:
-Proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, and other 3D modeling packages.
- Experience with mechanical simulations and thermal analysis.
- Familiarity with PLM tools for data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹110,119.95 - ₹140,674.49 per month
