Job Summary

We are hiring an

Engineering Specialist - Electric Power Steering (EPS) Integration Engineer

to design, develop, and implement advanced electric steering solutions for commercial vehicles. The role involves hands-on integration, simulation, and ensuring system compliance with global safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and integrate

electric steering systems

for commercial vehicles. Define

vehicle-level requirements

and contribute to technology roadmap development. Collaborate with suppliers to improve

safety, reliability, and performance

. Use simulation tools (

Adams, MotionView, MATLAB/Simulink, TruckSim

) to optimize design. Support

testing, validation

, and compliance with

ISO 26262 functional safety

. Prepare technical documentation and assist in

design release and benchmarking

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.

5+ years

of experience in

electric steering system design or integration

. Experience in

vehicle kinematics, mechatronics, and control systems

. Familiarity with

Polarion, PTC Integrity, CREO, JIRA

, and related tools. Strong

analytical, communication, and teamwork

skills.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on vehicle testing and validation. Model-based design (

MATLAB/Simulink

). Knowledge of

functional safety (ISO 26262)
