Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Mechanical Design Engineer (Fresher)

to join our engineering team. The candidate will support the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components, assisting senior engineers in delivering innovative solutions for various projects. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently graduated and are eager to begin their career in mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar). Support the design and development of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems. Conduct basic design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection under supervision. Coordinate with senior engineers to prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and reports. Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation activities. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and quality. Ensure adherence to company design standards and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or AutoCAD). Understanding of basic mechanical principles, GD&T, and engineering materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Internship or academic project experience in design or product development. Familiarity with FEA/CFD basics. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, and welding.
