Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Modeling: Develop 2D/3D CAD models, detailed drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for mechanical components and assemblies. Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, manufacturing teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into feasible designs. Prototyping & Testing: Create and test prototypes, analyze results, and iterate designs to meet performance, quality, and safety standards. Documentation: Generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and technical documentation for production. Optimization: Innovate solutions, ensuring designs are efficient, cost-effective, and suitable for mass production. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support during manufacturing, assembly, and installation. Essential Skills & QualificationsProficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Attention to detail, precision, and strong organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
