Position: Mechanical Design Engineer - Electrical Panels
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-10 Years
Location: Borisana.
:

• Candidates should have strong experience in LV electrical panels (MCC, PCC) and busbar 3D design.
• Mechanical design and development of MCC, PCC, and LV switchboards
• 3D modeling and detailing of busbar systems and enclosures using SolidWorks
• Preparation of complete Build Pack including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, feeder summary, and BOM.
• Experience in electrical panel manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Application of sheet metal fabrication processes including laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, and finishing.
• Build pack preparation and BOM generation and ERP system handling.
• Familiarity with IEC 61439-1 & 2, UL 891, UL 845, UL 508A
• Knowledge of EN 15085-2 welding requirements.
