Design and develop Vacuum Furnace, Pressure vessels, including chambers, heating elements, cooling systems, and control mechanisms.
Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
Perform thermal and structural analysis to ensure performance under high temperature and vacuum conditions.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and manufacturability.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation of furnace designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO) and safety regulations.
Document design processes, BOMs, and technical specifications.
