Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical
Fresher to 1 years of experience in design development (preferably automotive/engineering industry).
Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, Lean, and IATF 16949 standards.
Knowledge of SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD, 2D & 3D Reading.
Do surface modeling & programing for mould devlopment.
Make a Mould development planning & execution.
Maintain 5S, Safety discipline in all responsible areas.
Support problem-solving activities (Root Cause Analysis, 5-Why).
Participate in continual improvement (Poka-yoke, 5S).
Complete Daily required documentation
To meet daily targets on CNC machining .
Update formal excels sheet of development status
Make a tool inspection report & Tool Validation Report.
Update Daily report.
Complete PPAP Documents.
All Maintenance data should be maintaned .
Breakdown or Maintenance information to be update or discuss with respective Person & give a support to maintaiaince co ordination.
