Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mechanical CAD Trainer/Instructor to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CAD software and a strong desire to teach and mentor students in mechanical design principles and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

: Design and update comprehensive training materials covering AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, and Creo.

Training Delivery

: Conduct engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and hands-on exercises to teach students the practical applications of CAD tools.

Student Assessment

: Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and tests; provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

Technical Support

: Assist students with software-related queries and troubleshoot issues during training sessions.

Continuous Improvement

: Stay updated with the latest developments in CAD software and incorporate new features into the training curriculum.

Mentorship

: Guide students on career paths in mechanical design and engineering, offering advice and support as needed.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, and Creo. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting standards. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in teaching or corporate training roles. Certifications in relevant CAD software applications. Familiarity with industry-specific applications of CAD tools.
