Machining process sheet preparation, Fixture design (3D & 2D)

Autocad work - 80 %, Solid works work - 20%

Converting 3D design into 2D manufacturing drawings

Plant layout physical measurement, 3D modelling and 2D drafting

Manufacturing follow up (Raw material procurement to part machining

follow up to inspection & delivery to customer)

SOP & Process sheet documentation

Digital SOP creation using Solid works

Ergonomics animation of assembly line using Techniomax software

REBA Score manual calculations

Travelling to customer end and data collection

Willing to learn new CAD tools and other softwares based on customer

requirements.

Every day work need to be documented with respect to time split to

invoice the customer

Job timing - 07:00 - 05:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday leave

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

BE degreee in Mechanical/Production (Required)
