Job Description

Assemble

SPMs, automation machines, fixtures, jigs, conveyors, and material handling systems

Read and interpret

mechanical drawings and assembly layouts

Perform

fitting operations

such as drilling, tapping, reaming, grinding, and filing Install and align

shafts, bearings, couplings, pulleys, chains, and belts

Assemble and mount

pneumatic and hydraulic components

(cylinders, valves, hoses, FRL units) Ensure proper

machine leveling, alignment, and fastening

Assist during

machine trials, debugging, and commissioning

Identify and rectify

mechanical faults and assembly errors

safety procedures

and maintain a clean work area Support

machine dismantling, packing, and reinstallation

at customer sites

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong hands-on knowledge of

mechanical fitting and machine assembly

Ability to use

measuring instruments

(vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, spirit level) Experience with

hand tools and power tools

Basic knowledge of

pneumatics and hydraulics

Understanding of

tolerances, fits, and alignment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
