to join our SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design team in Bhiwadi. The candidate will be responsible for creating mechanical designs, 3D models, and detailed drawings for custom machinery, ensuring accuracy, innovation, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop
mechanical components and assemblies
for SPM machines using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Prepare
2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation
.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and project teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality.
Conduct design reviews, modifications, and improvements based on client requirements.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and industry standards
in all designs.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning teams with design inputs.
Maintain design records, revisions, and project documentation.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers for component specifications.
Required Skills
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
2-5 years of experience in
SPM design / mechanical design industry
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD and SolidWorks
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
machine design, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and client specifications.
Good problem?solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Team player with ability to work under deadlines.
