Prepare P&ID (Process Diagrams) and plant layouts.
Develop equipment GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings.
Create detailed structural and foundation drawings.
Prepare plate cutting layout drawings.
Develop detailed mechanical schematics using AutoCAD and create 2D/3D models.
Update and revise existing drawings to reflect design changes and improvements.
Technical Support & Documentation:
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for raw materials, piping, fittings, structural steel, and accessories.
Estimate costs for turnkey plant projects.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations during the design and drafting process.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
Prepare datasheets for equipment, pumps, and accessories.
Maintain accurate records of drafts, revisions, and final drawings.
Compile technical documentation and reports as required.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and specification compliance.
Conduct field visits to gather measurements and validate designs.
Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address design-related inquiries.
Support project planning, scheduling, and execution with technical inputs.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest design improvements for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Keep up-to-date with the latest drafting tools, engineering standards, and industry practices.
