Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician with 1-2 years of experience in assembling environmental test chambers or similar precision mechanical equipment. The role involves assembling chamber structures, mechanical subassemblies, and associated systems in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble structural frames, panels, doors, and mechanical systems of environmental test chambers as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
2. Install mechanical components including fans, motors, compressors, ducts, and insulation panels.
3. Perform alignment, sealing, and fitting to ensure airtight and thermal integrity of chambers.
4. Support integration of cooling/heating systems, pneumatic/hydraulic actuators, and accessories.
5. Coordinate with electrical and refrigeration teams during final assembly.
6. Conduct basic mechanical functional tests and quality checks before handover to testing teams.
7. Maintain assembly tools, workplace cleanliness, and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1.ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in environmental chambers, HVAC equipment, or industrial machinery.
