Mechanical Assembly Fitter

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?30,000

(Based on skills and experience)

Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and machine assembly diagrams. Understand tolerances and fits according to ISO standards. Knowledge of various engineering materials. Read and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagrams

know to work on SPM machines

Perform quality inspection of machine parts as per drawings and defined tolerances. Carry out machine assembly as per technical drawings and standards. Install and commission machines at customer locations according to their specifications. Obtain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) sign-off post successful project completion. Lead small teams during projects, ensuring coordination and productivity. Use precision quality tools such as: Digital Vernier Caliper, Digital Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Test Indicator, Puppy Dial, Slip Gauge, Angle Protractor. Modify parts using tool room equipment like M1TR, Surface Grinder, etc. Ensure project completion within deadlines. Maintain effective communication with internal team members and customers.

Requirement:

Strong mechanical aptitude. Attention to detail with quality and precision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must have worked with SPM machines in past Must have worked on AutoCAD and SolidWork software.
